Yup thats what am trying to teach them.
I'd rather have them pig out on steaks, sweet potatoes, apples guavas, drink a crapload of milks and protein shakes.
I told most of them to go on a shark diet ( whatever's edibale and fits in your mouth, as long as its good cals is fair game )
