Why only 1 or 2 pieces of fruit per day?

What's the rest of your activity like? Do you hit your oly and then sit at a desk all day?

What kind of volume are you doing for your oly workouts?
And if you don't think kettleball squat cleans are difficult, I say, step up to the med-ball
