everyone is different, I got down to my leanest point ever with fruit as my main carb source. I was also eating oatmeal with my first meal of the day everyday. For me it seems that the type of training I am doing dictates my fat loss, even more so than diet. But even when I'm heavier on carbs it's still oatmeal and fruit.
