I agree with Mr. Shafley... that said, control is the
real issue. I suspect it's why a lot of diets work, if there is a bright line drawn between on task and off track I think a lot of people do better. that is the only magic.
Also, anything that is so unsustainable as a protein fast needs to be gotten over with quickly. Don't mistake this for "healthy".
