Drew Food Log
I am going to try to keep a food log for a while so hopefully you guys can find something wrong with what I am doing and why I am not having much progress in the gym or asthetically. Currently ~6' 194lbs. Trying to drop 10-15lbs.
Morning
PWO
Tim Horton's Breakfast Sandwich, Biscut, Sausage, Egg and Cheese (I know good one to start a log off with)
Orange
Lunch
4 oz of ham, hand full of almonds
Snack
5 oz can of tuna, hand full of almonds
Snack
5 oz ham
Dinner
6 oz of chicken (a breast), asparagus
Usually I try to eat more veggies during the day.
