11:00am: 6oz Chicken Breast, 6oz Cabbage, 30g Almonds, 2Tbsp Sesame Seeds, 2oz Asian Dressing. 4tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter
4:00pm: Beef Stir Fry: 6oz Ground Beef, Green & Red Bell Pepper, Ginger, Garlic, Tamari, Chili Paste, Beef Stock. 60g Macadamia Nuts.
OK, so I seriously don't know why I'm gaining weight. It's not fat either, can still see the six pack. I recently starting O-Lifting 3x/week, could that really be doing it? I only started saturday! Maybe I'm finally getting into the swing of things again after being sick and gymless for 3 weeks (I had lost 7lbs, most of which I'm pretty sure was lean mass).
