Going back to #3 on the psyllium husk...when you leave the psyllium out in water how it expands and becomes thick, you can see how and why it keeps a person full when you eat it. Fiber like that bulks up inside the stomach and helps to keep us feeling full. And of course then it helps to clean us out after it moves through. Psyllium husk is being recommended now to eat regularly due to the many health benefits. But no, I always drinks mine right away when combining it with any liquid
