I took off the first 5 pounds within a couple months. The last couple are literally coming off in ounces a week. Which I am totally ok with. I weigh myself maybe every other week and take measurements once every 4-6 weeks. I'm seeing way more definition, vascularity and energy. All good things, so why obsess over the scale?
Basically, I love food! I eat real food, I don't go overboard with my portions and enjoy the occasional treat on the weekends. If skipping a few meals each week allows me the freedom to eat and be happy and healthy at the same time, it's worth every little hunger pang (which I don't really get until about 20 hours into my fasts anyway). Just start fasting and then tweak until you find your perfect balance!
