i play basketball 3 times per week in a team
i will not play this week cause i have some light legs issues , so i figured uot to change my shitty eatstyle.
i read a lot on the net but my nutrition sucks i cant get rid of junkfoood i try t if high protein but nothing... i usally get 4kcals i day on average with all the junk in this cuont i think
. i want to lose weight withuot being hanger or depressed.... what i gotta do cuont calories? paleo? if??? suggest me please
