11:00am: 6oz Chicken Breast, 6oz Cabbage, 30g Almonds, 2Tbsp Sesame Seeds, 2oz Asian Dressing. 60g Macadamia Nuts.
4:00pm: Beef Stir Fry: 6oz Ground Beef, Green & Red Bell Pepper, Ginger, Garlic, Tamari, Chili Paste, Beef Stock. 60g Macadamia Nuts.
