Body weight Bench press, 20 reps

Body weight Bench press, 10 reps
Had to use 195lb on the bench, globo gym on base didn't have 2.5lb weights.
First time I ever did anything over 1000m on row.
Last round suffered from "premature exeration" on the 2000m!
