You'll get more comfortable after completing (and missing) a few hundred workouts.

If you're training for something specific (like Arden alludes to) where you have skill days, practice days, conditioning might need to pick that back up. If you're just doing it for GPP or following a novice progression, just keep trucking (and don't worry about it!).
