Default June PM CrossFit Scaling Article

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone could please answer a quick question regarding the rep/set scheme in the progressive overload weightlifting schedule from the "Getting Scaling Right" article by Pierre Auge in the June PM issue.

On day 3 of each cycle (for 3on/1off) there is a load-rep-set scheme of 85% - 5X2. Is this 2 sets of 5 reps--like the CA WOD Info notes indicate for that kind of notation, or 5 sets of 2 reps? Day 1 is 1RM, which I can figure out, and Day 2 is 3X3, which I can also figure out.
