Just noticed this thread and I'm pretty sure I may be suffering from this condition. I know I have to lay off load-bearing squats, full deadlifts, lunges, and o'lifts; however, I was wondering if it would still be safe to do only bodyweight squats and lunges? Even for a high number of reps?
