I went to a chiropractor once who wrote a weird diagnosis on paper which was different than what he told me in person. When I asked him about it, he said he had to write those things down to be legally allowed to perform the type of treatment that was necessary. I suspect money from insurance companies was also at play. Beware of chiropractors! I know there's good ones out there too, but just saying.
