I've been passing this one around for a while (mainly Casey Butts' stuff). The two interesting conclusions are: 1) your own max potential, which is worth knowing, and 2) the max that anyone seems to obtain, which tells you a lot about where humans lie, how many people are certainly on drugs, and how easy it is to overestimate the amount of lean mass in a body.
