Why not just create a complete training program that fully develops all your weak areas and strengthens your strong areas? I didn't click the links because I don't like confusing my brain anymore.
Put together something simple, a few lifts a couple times a week say front squats, deads, presses with appropriate assistance work say reverse hypers, glute ham raise, etc. Chins are easy just start doing them weighted or GTG, pushups just practice them daily say 5 x 20 in a 30 min period.
Why do you want to do 100 pushups? I can understand wanting 20 pullups
