I am really just wanting to improve my strength and strength endurance. I am hoping to increase my push-up numbers to eventually be able to handstand push-ups without the use of the wall. I understand being competent in doing push-ups is a prerequisite to doing handstand push-ups .I also see the standard for perfection of the basic push-up is being able to do 100 consecutive push-ups.
