i wasn't clear. what i mean is programs don't mean shit. TM,10x3, 5,3,1,5x5, EDT or something you pull out of muscle and fitness will work if you really bust ass and drink your milk. sets and reps don't matter.
if you just want to get bigger, don't invest in programs, invest in time under the bar.

to answer a different question. yes i got bigger doing one volume session a week, i got bigger doing 3 per week and i got bigger squatting heavy every other week
