TM works for mass, it's working for me right now. Up 4 pounds with only a very little bit of fat in 5 weeks. Eating 3 big meals of whole food a day and quart of milk. Best advice is to be conservative with the weight on your volume day, really push it on intensity day. Really fun program. Good luck.
