If I read that all right...and it took me several tries as it confused the hell out of me....I'm guessing the take home points are (and feel free to correct me if I am wrong):

- Longterm a higher carb/lower fat vs high fat/low carb (with same calories) leads to more weight loss and a stronger metabolism

- a ketogenic low carb is superior than a non ketogenic low carb approach for weight loss longterm

That's what I sort of got from it....I think....I agree that carbs are not as evil as people portray them and have a role in a strong metabolism (leptin notably) for long term weight loss whether they are cycled up/down or however they are used.
