To me it looks like your hip drive is lacking-but even more it looks like the speed in which you get under the bar is WAY TO SLOW. I agree with the post above, you are being too "SAFE"---throw that out the window- drop the weight if you need to bail easy as that-the first thing any lifter should learn in my opinion and i think many others is how to bail on a bad lift.
It also looks like you are having to press the bar to lock out-this could be fixed by using lighter weight-until you develop the need hip drive and speed to get under the bar.---Maybe doing some Jerk recoveries would help in your case and buiild confidence.
1) more hip drive-
2) get under the bar faster
3) Lock the elbows faster-DON'T PUSH them.
