Thanks for the thoughts guys. I'll work on getting a more powerful hip drive, getting under the bar quicker as well as locking out the elbows faster. Jerk recoveries is a good idea too.
While we are at it here is today's session of Snatching and C&J. Looks to me that I'm having the same problems as stated above in these jerks as well. When Snatching I seem to be jumping forward a couple inches and donkey kicking too. Any cues on how to knock that off other then the obvious of 'don't do that'? All thoughts for improvement are definitely welcomed!
PR's on Snatch were 145 and on C&J 198 before today.
