6 oz chicken thigh
2 cup mixed greens
8 asparagus spears
1 tbsp olive oil
6pm
6 oz grass fed ground top round
2 cups broccoli
2 cups cauliflower
2 tbsp fish oil
1 tsp macadamia nut butter
4 oz Brie opps it snuck up on me I swear!
