Basically a long winded way of saying that if carbs go up, fat or protein need to come down. Preferably fat considering the benefits of increased protein intake. are right. Carbs go up, fats should go down....protein is usually a constant (with in some range). Calories need to be still kept in check. Nothing wrong with high carb days.....but high calorie overload will put on fat.
