Workout A

Squat
45lbs x 5 rep
95 lbs x 5 reps
115 lbs x 4 reps
155 lbs x 3 reps
195 lbs x 5 reps x 3 sets

Press
45 lbs x 5 reps
65 lbs x 5 reps
80 lbs x 3 reps
95 lbs x 5 reps x 3 sets

Power Clean
45 lbs x 3 reps
80 lbs x 3 reps
100 lbs x 2 reps
120 lbs x 3 reps x 4 sets + 1 rep

Last two reps of my last set of power cleans were a fail. I'll chalk it up to a rest between sets issue. There was a swarm of jackasses around all the bars jabbering away about shit too stupid to stand - so I may of rushed my rest periods. Other than that everything was golden.
