One Zone block meaning 1 each of fat, protein, and carbs OR what does a fat, protein, or carb block have in them?

1 block of fat, protein, and carbs = 91 calories.

1 block of protein is 28 cals
1 block of fat is 27 cals
1 block of carbs is 36 cals

CrossFit uses a .7 as the activity level.
