Wed 5pm 3x(5psnatch,5OHS,5C+J,5thruster@95lbs), 3x (20pullups,dips)
Thursday 10am 1 lb pork loin, 2 cups carrots, 1 cup grapes,
3pm 1/4 jar cashew mac butter
6pm practice
9pm .5 lb pork loin, 1 cup carrot, 2 pints beer
Friday 11am 1 lb pork loin, 1 cup artichoke hearts, 2 cups carrots, 1 cup grape
2 pm 1 lb mushrooms, 1 large onion cooked with cinnamon on top
