I buy canned Mackerel and Salmon by the case at Wal-Mart. Mackerel is 1.86, Salmon appx 2.75ish. Looks gross, but tastes just fine once you stir in some veggies or make into a loaf using Almond Meal.

I do think canned fish is a guy thing, women might feed it to their cats, but that's about it.
