115 lbs x 4 reps
165 lbs x 3 reps
220 lbs x 5 reps x 3 sets

Press
45 lbs x 5 reps
65 lbs x 3 reps
85 lbs x 2 reps
105 lbs x 5 reps x 3 sets

Power Clean
95 lbs x 3 reps
105 lbs x 3 reps
120 lbs x 3 reps x 5 sets

The presses were a little tough. I may consider pulling out the 2.5 lb chains.
