Thank you for the input. I have been noticing that the Warrior Diet hasn't been sitting well with me the next morning (thats about as clean as I can put it). So perhaps it is just not right for me or is only good for a certain amount of time.
I am going to start a more regular meal plan with 2-4 meals a day with BCAA supplementation in between.
Thoughts on that?
