That bit of news was interesting to me in spite of the manner it was presented. I've tried a couple diets. First was the MD and I blew that off coz it just offers to much of a chance to go overboard on the carb ups. Shew!, some days I'd go over 10k cals without even blinking....More or less the same thing to some extent with the Zone, the carbs got me! I did some reading on Atkins and restricting the carbs to 20 gr/day might just work for me.
