Squat Vs DL Numbers
Sitting here waiting for my meeting I was thinking over this weeks training and got a little perturbed with myself. Everything is progressing nicely and I know I am on track for my goals this year. BUT man does it make me nuts that my BS is so far off my DL. This week my last set of BS was 265 X 1 and my last set on DL was 345 X 4. I know some people are built to squat and some to DL still bugs the crap out of me.
I am absolutely convinced that it is a mental problem with the squat.
