I mix one can tune in oil with half a can of cottage cheese (100g). That makes for two meals at basically 4 protein blocks and 4 fat blocks each.

This, washed down with about half a liter of whole milk, has basically been my breakfast and/or lunch for the past year.

Cheap/fast/easy and doesn't taste too bad.
