I've been looking into higher quality supplements in specific areas that a lot of people miss (i.e. antioxidants, trace minerals, etc.), and I found these two sites through naturalnews.com (

I'm especially interested in the "Athletic Performance Pak" on Baseline Nutrition, but I am always in hearing other's people's thoughts on this subject as I believe we, and when I say we I say that for those who lead very active lifestyles and/or are heavily involved in a particular sport, have deficiencies that a healthy diet can not cover, at the very least from a standpoint of athletic performance/potential/recovery. Just my thoughts, but I always to learn by reading and hearing other people's beliefs on the subject
