Monday 3pm .25 lb trail mixed almonds, nuts, dried fruit, 2cups grapes, 2 cups carrots, 1 can smoked oysters
6pm 4 chicken thigh, 4 tablespoons mayo with cayenne pepper, 4 oz cheese
Tuesday 9am 2 chicken breasts with spaghetti sauce, .25 lb almonds, 2 oranges
2 pm 1 can smoked oysters, 2 oranges, .5 lb trail mix almonds dried fruit
