I also stumbled upon and made two mixes I was hoping people could comment on:

1) General Protein - Membrane Micellar Casein (30%), Super Plasma Protein (30%), Tri-Fx (Whey Fraction) (30%). I especially like the membrane one becuase it comes from grass fed cattle. Also mixed in some vit + min and aminogen and microlactin

2) Pre Workout Supplement - Rice Oligodextrin (30%), Rice Syrup w/Electrolytes (30%), and BCAAS (40%). also mixed in some peak ATP and peptides.

I also like the Omega Muscle Mix for its EPA/DHA content (450/300 respectively)
