Eating a big meal is like throwing an entire stack of wood on a fire making it go out quickly and... Eating 5 smaller meals is like throwing smaller pieces of wood onto a fire throughout the day making it burn longer. So do yourself a favor eat 5-6 small meals a day and my friend Christopher Guerriero's advise he said that it is important to eat in moderation, Christopher Guerriero once told me that I need to eat low fat longevity foods like salmon almonds, red grapes, blueberries, garlic, spinach and whole grains.
