I'm not a doctor, and I'm not going to respond to the topic other than saying if you eat too much spinach (way too much ) you can get Hemochromatosis.

My school's dinning facilities were so awful, and being forced to pay for an "unlimited" meal plan all of freshman year, I lost weight and came out of freshman year very very very underweight (6', 135 lbs), which sparked my entrance to the iron world and a marginally healthier weight. I hated that food so much...
