I'd add in a Boyle resource. Functional Training for sports or that new Functional Strength Coach 3.0 has gotten good reviews. I honestly don't know if it's a book or what though.

Practical Programming should make the cut.
And if you don't think kettleball squat cleans are difficult, I say, step up to the med-ball
