Default Tennis elbow

Hey, my father is in late 40's and has always worked hard physically in his life.
That kind of lifestyle brought him a couple of injuries in his life.
He destroyed his lowerback once, but now with the rehab, he has healed pretty good. All his life he fought with tennis elbow. I made him go back to the gym but it seems, in some pressing or pulling move, sometime the elbow hurt and he doesnt want that at all. Keep in mind he wasnt lifting any heavy weight... About 30 to 50% of what he used to do.

I looked on the internet a bit and found some ideas, but since i am not the most knowledgeable guy on that matter, i thought i would ask what you guys would do in his case? Any special workout recommendation (keep in mind he is basicly a new dude since he hasnt lifted in so long) ? what about special exercises to rehab the elbow?

I found this : (WFS)
http://www.tennis-elbow-treatments.c...w_exercise.php

is this good stuff or bad stuff? complete or incomplete?

I plan on making him do the Maxwell daily dozen mobility drills too so he can regain the mobility he used to have, if that helps too.

I realise its a long post, but i decided to post it here because over the last year, i picked a bunch of good tips from here and always felt, with steven low and the others, that the best place to ask about recovery is here.

thanks to anyone who will contribute. It will be helpful.
