Wow back at 175 again! I must have been really constipated
attributing a good percent to stuff in gi track and water retention. Any way cool experiment and as you can see I even upped my carbs by adding fruit as the "all veg" was just to low carb and I was getting that thirsty feeling. Good stuff and just under 2 weeks, as usual thanks Rob.
