Saturday 10am .5lb hamburger, 1 lb mixed fruit, 1 chicken thigh, 1 avocado
1pm rugby game 80mins at #8,
4 pm 1lb top sirloin, 4 coors light
Sunday 10am .5 lb shrimp, .5 lb blueberries, 3 avocado, 1 chicken thigh, 1package frozen peaches,
3 pm 6 beers
10pm chicken fajitas
Monday 12pm 2 6oz can tuna, 1 6 oz can salmon, 3 oranges, .25 lb almonds
