My son wanted to "get points" weightlifting, so I worked out with him. He does a variety of two hands anyhow work with a dumbbell (that is, just having fun getting the weight overhead). I did one hand snatches. Worked up to 70lbs each hand, no more.
My right arm is finally stronger than the left -- after an upper back injury three or so years ago, my right arm was terribly weak. Had to do 10lb db presses to get back.
