Default Zone=(Atkins+ADA)/2

Am I the only guy in the world (I am sure I am not) who thinks all Barry Sears did was split the difference between what the standard diet is (let say it is 70% CHO, 10% PRO, 20% FAT) and Atkins?

On a completely different note, I am just about done with Wrestling Physical Condition Encyclopedia and well, it is amazing to see someone (John Jess) write about training with muscle-ups, false grips, high pulls, push presses, cleans, squat and behind the neck press, and many more, doing them in high reps circuits for conditioning. Jess wrote this book in 1974.
