So I saw the infamous shoes and they are indeed a bit silly looking. She had these pink ones:

She did say that when she wears them and goes on walks her back and knees don't hurt and her thighs and other muscles feel a bit sore afterwards, so I guess they are working. I guess you can just wear them to go on walks or whatnot and wear other shoes in public.
