Try and take weekends off, give your body a break....may also increase your caffeine sensitivity in the process....so those 2 cups can become 1 cup....or then you are drinking tea all day (less caffeine per cup)....add some heavy cream if you want more taste.
I would avoid high caffeine intake on an IF day (for those who do IF) or during periods of high stress (unless it is right before a workout)....will only raise cortisol (aka that muscle waster), strain the immune system, and can lead to high feelings of anxiety. Not cool.
Hence why some who do IF while drinking coffee may complain of more "belly fat"....too much stress going on....time for some Cortislim pills (note tad bit of sarcasm).
