Homemade Squat Stands and Pull Blocks
Well I had some 2X4, a power miter saw and a box of screws (and cordless drill). I decided I'd put those things together and see what happened.
Now all my equipment is on the cheap ($50 barbell and weights from a yardsale) but it works for now. The rings are muscle driver and I just threw those in there to share.
The pull blocks are real helpful (even that low) because my iron plates are all different diameters. (Yeah I'm not always using the 45s.)
