Thursday, 1/28/10 - Off.

Friday, 1/29/10 - Deadlifts:
45# x 10
135# x 10
225# x 5
275# x 5
315# x 3
335# x 1

Deadlifts still kinda scare me, I know I could have pulled another rep, but I psyched myself out of it. Still not using a belt, I know that would help on those final sets. It's on the to-do list.
