Post-overnight shift with ~ 7 hrs sleep. Hip flexors are really tight today after sit-ups yesterday.

WU: Row 2:00, agile eight WU, goblet squats

BS 531: 205, 215, 225 X 5. No belt/sleeves. Meh.

Accessory work:
  • PC + Jerk singles on the min X 10 min @ 145
  • FS doubles X 8 sets, 1 min rest

Felt good on accessory work. Stretching/recovery will be in order tomorrow.
